Brenna was very responsive, and very helpful in guiding us thru our home buying experience in the Big Sky market. We had a very short window to respond to the seller agents. She worked tirelessly to make sure our offer, and counteroffers were presented on time. In the end we had great success.

Brenna was my realtor for the purchase of my first home. She was recommended to me by a friend, and I have already recommended her myself. Brenna was helping us daily with our home search. Even when we told her there was no point for her to look until we got to Bozeman....because the houses go so fast! She kept sending us ideas, and wanted to learn what style house we were looking for. Brenna has an excellent understanding of the house market. We got the first house we put an offer in on. Brenna knew it was an excellent house that was in great shape and knew it would go quickly. She made recommendations with our purchase offer and throughout the contract without being pushy or making us feel pressured. She gives honest, objective advice based on things she has seen happen with other offers/contracts. She has a great attention to detail during the walk-through regarding things in the house that are valuable or not. Brenna was quick with paperwork and moving the process along after making our offer. She was in constant contact, explaining what she was working on and what our next step would be. Brenna is professional and laid-back at the same time, which makes her very approachable, and has helped in relieving nerves with our first home. I would highly recommend her as a realtor!!

Brenna is as local as it gets under the Big Sky. She has generations of knowledge at her fingertips and is absolutely best in biz in terms of knowing the market. It was such a pleasure to work with Brenna. She understood my search including lifestyle goals. Her years of experience give her a calm presence which is a nice counterbalance to anyone in the frenzy of a house hunt. As a native to the valley, she knows every street with intimate detail. She's watched the valley grow and knows the details of individual developers. Brenna helped me understand the pros and cons of different areas, styles of houses, and amenities. In the end, she was an amazing sounding board as I thought through my own decisions leading up to, and ultimately, culminating in the purchase of a fantastic house. Buying a home is often a major life choice. Brenna, in addition to being personable and warm, is insightful and pragmatic. She knew how to get down to brass tacks when it came to details and helped me make an informed, timely decision.
